According to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Eurochart SA (the Company) is a data collector acting pursuant to the requirements of the regulation and has appointed a Data Protection Officer for this purpose. Any personal data received is processed in a lawful, transparent, fair and secure way subject to purpose and storage limitation, data minimization and accuracy of any personal data.

 

The Company is processing personal data among others for employment purposes, recruitment, evaluation, investigation and analysis, legitimate interest or other reasons related to financial or legal claims. The Company does not sell, distribute or use in malicious ways personal data and it is forbidden for any third party or external business partner to use personal information except for the purposes related to the relevant services provided to the Company, who are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality.
